. If the food (and price point) donβt bring it, no toothpick will save you.
at first I read this as meaning the sandwich cost too much money.but it was too much bread imo
Wow that does look like too much bread. But how were the other ingredients like the pickled veggies? Did they include all the meats and have a decent amount of pate? Some places skimp out on at least one meat which is lame AF and you can tell right awayHit up a bahn mi spot Ive never tried before today @spyralout . Flavors were on point but it was too much bread imo

I got the Thit Nuong so there was no pate, it was the roasted pork (pork belly I think?) with a housemade aioli type sauce, the nuoc cham, pickled veg, cukes and jalapeno. There definitely wasnt enough of the pork but it tasted amazing. The pickled veg was great too. Hard to complain too much though, it was $6 in Boston. Nothing is $6 in Boston. Im not sure if I could buy just the roll for $6 at a bakery in Boston these days.Wow that does look like too much bread. But how were the other ingredients like the pickled veggies?
