Worthless Post office

So damn ridiculous! So I mailed out on the 14th of LAST DAMN MONTH to 10 different ppl...I even pain for the non roller stamp...Only 2 of the 10 ppl even received the damn mail....What are you supposed to even do about this..????? That took me a long time to pack all that up and paid for the extra postage because I thought it would be better

Not sure if you really can do anything without tracking. Thats a pretty high failure rate though and I'd assume going to different states. Makes me think it got messed up at a specfic distrubtion center or there sitting at one.

It doesn't make sense anymore. I shipped 3 out a while back. 1 to Canada, 1 to Germany, and 1 to Texas. Took 2 weeks for Germany, 5 weeks for Texas and 6 weeks for Canada. Shits wack.

I've started only doing the $6 postage just so I get tracking. I don't know that it helps because some things show up in a few days and others take weeks going the same distance.

I've also had seeds in boxes show up that look like they were run over by the truck or stepped on. Crazy....

I mailed out boxes the exact same day..Just using different postage ..They all three made it within 4 days...Still have 8 envelopes somewhere out in the mail

I it sucks losing beans and having to reship. I too contemplate using tracking as well. Stuff from the uk gets to me faster than stuff a couple states away.

Usps lost a 1000.00 vape cart order months ago. Filled out paperwork for a carbon fibre motorcycle part i used to make and sell. They denied my claim.

Usps is worthless. Did you guy hear about the container with lots of mail just dumped in the woods? That's where mine ended up at.

Usps need a warrant to open a package. DHL, ups, FedEx all have the legal right (no warrant), to open and inspect any package sent through theme.

It has gotten so bad that I won't send things without tracking any longer. I ordered some canning jars lids in January, they traveled around for a month. I got a refund in February, 3 days ago it showed up out of the blue . I've taken up paying all my bills online for the same reason.
I personally don't care if they raise the rates, as long as we get better service.

I only ship usps priority. I know the ship cost. Comes with tracking number.

Funny enough one of the packs i had to resend just came back missing a zip code and state. So human error probably plays a small role. It still feels like crossing your fingers and hoping for the best

what's the next course of action?
If there's no escalation avenue then you have no recourse and as such no remedy and they are a law unto their own.
