I'll have to look for that one.I've been liking their lager Mountain Time. Not overly strong so my weak ass can enjoy a few. Lol
Tastes wonderful smooth yet crisp AF on a hot day.
Meads are great. Although I can only take them in small doses. I am assuming you're an all grain brewer? Such a fun hobby.Holy crap a beer/brewing thread. Awesome. I home brew actually. Mostly meads!
The honey is just so pricey! All grain brew in a bag or extract here, though I still haven't gotten around to it with current record heatwaves.Holy crap a beer/brewing thread. Awesome. I home brew actually. Mostly meads!
You may want to consider using Kveik yeast. I hear this yeast does really well in high temps. This brand has a Max fermenting temp of 75-97F, 24-36C.The honey is just so pricey! All grain brew in a bag or extract here, though I still haven't gotten around to it with current record heatwaves.
I haven't done a whole lot with grains. Pretty specified in honey based brewing. Its basically the same as making wine.Meads are great. Although I can only take them in small doses. I am assuming you're an all grain brewer? Such a fun hobby.

Imperial Yeast A44 Kveiking
Use this blend for anything from new school hazy IPAs to traditional Norwegian farmhouse brews.www.northernbrewer.com
Oh right on. I use temp control too. Its a game changer.I tried it? just didn't care for the flavors. Fermenting temp isn't really an issue I just use an inkbird with a spare fridge =). Problem is trying to cool the boiling wort down to pitching temps when the water comes out of the faucet at 90f....
I've resorted to using a 25' copper pre-chiller in 10gallon kettle full of ice, then to the copper chiller in the wort. if I recirculated between them and used a cooler full of ice it would be more efficient on the water waste.....i've always just discharged into the grass since i don't water it much.
I tried some of the fancier liquid yeasts and couldn't taste the difference myself, so these are my go-to.
Its a snake bite! A beverage Ive consumed many, many times. You know what Strongbow and Guinness together make?
We have one that I know of, which makes sense given the number of Apples around here lol.Its a snake bite! A beverage Ive consumed many, many times.
This is a local brand. Craft ciders are becoming a big thing around here. Citizen Cider in VT has been my favorite so far.
Im not usually a sour guy but I sure love me some Smuttynose so I may have to give this one a shot!Sounds like a Cross from MeanGene ,and is definitely worth a try
