What’s the recipe?
Lol, it's to my taste.
1/2 fermented tomatoes, 1/2 ripe tomatoes, fermented sweet and hot peppers, home grown basil, oregano, rosemary, onions, garlic.
Then some cinnamon, allspice, pink sea salt, crushed red pepper.
The tomatoes are drained of liquid and the garlic and onions are sauté in olive oil.
Everything goes through the food processor then into 22qt pot to reduce
Once it's thicker than tomatoe sauce but thinner than tomatoe paste and can in water bath.

I need to add that we also add honey to smooth the bite @Idlewilder .

Baby boy choy and Rouge d'hiver are bolting, that other one in between them is just starting to go. Can't remember the name right now but will have to run more of them next year.

Need to reorganize the greenhouse a bit and give these strawberries a little more room. I'd love to automate the watering too but might just have to settle for transplanting to larger pots..

Hoping to start pullin beets and carrots soon.
Potatoes are starting to fade too so time to pluck them out of the bags.
Got a great harvest of catnip for the kitty kids too.
The green beans did well, we got so many we had to blanch and freeze a bunch, the sweet peas not so much, I think I started them to late.
Plenty of dill, cilantro and basil this year.
Onions and garlic were just ok, I think I need to work on that bed some more this fall. Maybe some well rotted manure compost.
Horseradish is a monster and we'll get a bunch of root from it.
And our sunflowers will keep the birds busy for a while.

Greenhouse cucumbers are pretty much done. I pulled most the strawberries out of the greenhouse, seems like they have less flavor than the ones outside. The acorn squash, zucchini and mellons seem to be doing ok, though the acorn is still dropping fruit, but some larger ones are starting to form idk whats going on with it. The squash I put outside is struggling to even grow, garden soil isn't great yet, maybe next year.
