getting their grove on again and making a bunch of tops for me. These will get thrown in the lg greenhouse once I've raped them of tops.
Unfortunately the GDP and Gopher (just smoked some fine frickin Gopher yesterday) seed runs are on hold and looks to be my winter grow. I'm gonna give it my all to get as many seeds as possible of this GDP into your hands. Promise. I love my winter grows and the cold really brings out the color of this plant. Look what Meanman did

Glad your diggin the BBHP. Being an indoor guy, I really didnt have much outdoor info on them when they were given out but I've come to realize that both the original cut and the S1's do very well outdoors. Out of curiosity, what kind of yield do you get from your strawberries?

This is my first year of coco hydro berries and I concentrated on runners and not fruit. Maybe 4-5lbs all toll but again I wanted more plants this first year so I can fill a 2' x 4' spot for next year and really produce some berries. In the ground with the bugs I've been lucky to get 4-5lbs with many more plants. Between the bugs, birds and rats I needed to more the berries into a greenhouse to make it worthwhile.
I've been a Blueberry strain fan since my first taste 20+ yrs ago. Mixing it with Hash Plant was brilliant. I hope to cross it with the GDP, Purpleberry Hash Plant?

You got the GDP going outside ? Hehe, may need to put some tie off spots around to help support branches when it gets into flower. From what I've read it can make huge buds that require support from it's parental lineage.

9 of 10 GDP are rooted well and will be planted this evening. The two I took the cuttings from are beginning to stretch
as days are getting shorter and they're in the lg greenhouse w/o supplemental lighting. I have it wired with fixtures but they make the damn thing glow and stick out badly.
After cleaning all the drip heads I've found another issue, fittings. One half of a tee connector
was clogged and the small hemp plant on the left
wasn't being fertigated (I'm checking pretty much everything since the pumps went out). I noticed all these little tips were wilting
By the time they start wilting the coco is pretty dry and ideally you never want the coco to dry out. When it does happen I have to rehydrate the coco completely so the process works?
While I'd love to take more GDP's I've got BBHP, Gorilla Hammer, Mother's Milk, Black Abyss and Capt's Candy to clip. All keepers will be given 10-12 weeks in the sm greenhouse w/ supplemental lighting at 15hrs. Gonna be a packed house until I can harvest the lg greenhouse. Fun times?

Another trees roots growing around a toilet kinda day?
Just a few blocks away there's several blocks of homes built on cement slab and some idiot thought pepper trees would create some nice shade and failed to research these bastards which are known to grow roots in search of water, breaking drain pipes and in some cases main water lines. About 6 years ago I saw an entire bedroom dug up trying to find a leak that was saturating it. 3-4" diameter pepper tree roots had been cut and removed. I found the leak under the driveway, opposite side of the house from the tree and repaired it in like an hour and they had been working on it for weeks. The leak was running from the drive to under the house and the pepper tree on the other side was sending roots under the house after the water. Bad news when they're growing next to a house on a slab or over a sewer pipe.
It's been a long time since my main tray in the sm greenhouse was this empty
Realistically I have room for 18 plants in 1 gal fiber pots on this tray, 9 in another shower pan and 8 in the laundry pan so 35 plants all toll but only for the first 6-7 weeks of age then things start to get crowded.
I moved the strawberries from the top shelf east side to the floor level on the west side of the lg greenhouse
This is a 2×4' section and
another 2×2'. The greenhouse is 16' long so my goal until March is growing as many runners and then filling the entire length. I can fit 9 plants in each 2×2 section so that would be (takes shoes off to count) 72 strawberry plants to fill it. The plants seem to like the new lo cal with all those flowers?
When ya get home after a long day and see this

Little bastard is now a stain on the bottom of my shoe. There's more. These moths usually lay several dozen eggs on a leaf. I've got at least 6 weeks before harvest so Captain Jack's should take care of the problem.
I've had a couple of these guys this summer
Several weeks ago I saw some stems stripped and knew what to look for but as I approached I saw a weird dance

I watched this for about 5 minutes. The fly is one of the good guys trying to lay her eggs on the back of the catipiler. The eggs hatch and the babies eat the cat alive. Pretty fucking gruesome. They're real good at getting Monarch cats which sucks

Harvest in about 2 months and should be decent. Purple Pounder, 2 GDP's, 3 Mother's Milk and 3 BBHP's. Dec harvest should be much larger with all the clones. As soon as room allows I'll get GDP seeds going for my winter grow/preservation run.

Got home and torched a GDP then rolled up a Gherry
All that's left of the Gherry. Been jarred for 5-6 months and is knock down good
I bagged those five nugs for later, bday or Thanksgiving or...stoopid high.
Grabbed some jarred MF'er auto for the next couple days
I left sugar leaves on this one and a couple other of my spring harvest because I was burnt with manicuring. I've heard pro and con on when to manicure. This worked well, I'll start leaving them on while jarred. I can always manicure as needed.

Have you seen your greenhouse heater turn into a seed popper and now a cloner?
I've got 2 100 watt heaters not in use currently but come November they'll get used again. Works great and cheaper than anything else at about $10 each a month to run.
