Ok I think I might have a problem lol. But The kids ask for pizza and I get to hang out with the oven and relax ..well I have to spin the pizza often but I really enjoy it. This one is bacon, home made smoked. Texas hot links and pepperoni. I put the links and bacon ( chopped) on then realized shit! Cheese?? Lol so they got buried in the cheese. My next level will be home made bacon.

Caramelized some bell pepper and onion, otherwise a meat combo- sausage, pep, bacon. Put a dribble of BBQ sauce on the bacon peices, otherwise red sauce. And a tiny bit of cheese. Herb dusted crust. And well done /extra crispy of course!

Here we have the “Powder Day Special”. A grilled cheese consisting of mozzarella, truffle cheese, arugula, tomato and balsamico served with a cup of tomato soup. All for the cool price of $22 in Vail! Don’t get me wrong, it was good, but definitely not $22 good. I’m gonna pack trail mix tomorrow…..

At snowshoe resort (west virginia), I paid 18.00 for 1 beer, 1 jumbo Hotdog and fries. I bought a 12 pack of beer for 28.00. Domestic Miller lite beer.

Local bbq joint makes a mean smoked brisket sandwich with pickled veggies and white sauce. Burnt end baked beans and this delicious bread pudding they make.


Oh yeah … the loaded corn cakes are absolutely fantastic

The last day we were in Colorado, my buddy, who is the purchasing director for a high end hotel, made up some crab legs and some bad ass steaks!
The night I made it home, I give the girlfriend some good lovin and all I get was Mac and cheese and Dino nuggets…..WTH! 🤣

That exact meal of dinos and mac is STILL one of my favorites that I can't believe I'm not sick of. Throw a lil pile of applesauce on that plate and I'm a happy camper
