What's for dinner tonight?

Nice 11oz filet mignon, 1/2lb cajun butter shrimp, loaded baked potato, and roasted Brussel sprouts (pic is from kids plate).

Don't mind the messy table. It's my sons art and play studio. It seems like every square foot of the house is his play studio.
Lol

Edited:
If ANYONE ever sees the pattern in the bowl (2nd pic), please let me know asap. I've been searching for 12yrs now. Iirc I found a set 7yrs ago, it was a German site.

Here ya go. SOOOO much easier and tastier than jar'd sauce.

Chicken Alfredo

Home-made Alfredo sauce (butter, garlic, heavy whipping cream, salt, parmesean(sp) cheese, parsley), chicken breast and fettuccine noodles.

It's almost BBQ/smoker time!!
@Psychobilly will be smelling the sweet smell of brisket, pork shoulder, and rubs soon enough. Maybe I can get you to come over and trim while I cook/smoke.

At the big mall (great lakes crossing) today getting the wifey a sweet Le Vian ring for V-day. I seen hex-clad (type) pans at tj max. There were NOT Gordon Ramsay's pans, but 99% copy. Only 30/pan. I'm gonna head back in 2 weeks when her ring is back from getting sized, I may grab a couple pans.

I do think even I would trim for that lol.

I only have 3 plants this run to chop, it would be easy. It's deffinately worth some brisket, pulled pork, mac n cheese (from scratch/smoked) for sure!

Anyways, wife didn't want to go out for Valentines day dinner.

The chef (me), has prepared for (us) our dining pleasure....
Sous vide filet mignon (slightly over med rare) my finishing pan wasn't hot enough for the sear I wanted
Snow crab clusters
Roasted Brussel sprouts

And a double 1800 silver margarita
for after dinner.

for 6.99 a lb boneless with the string already included it makes it super easy to make .

Dude! Makes what I'm eating look measly. I also tried Lamb for the first time recently, I'd have to agree it's awfully good.

My dinner, some sweet-spicy kimchi rice with pineapple. Had the pinapple, figured why not. It's pretty good, probably skip the pineapple next time though.

This was last night. Italian dry salami and block mozzerella. Got this pizza oven for inside. I also have a pellet pizza oven for outside. If anyone wants my dough recipe just let me know. Its a hybrid neopolitan- new haven dough. Oven gets to 825 degrees. 3 minutes cook time

What pizza oven do you have for indoor?
I’ve tried my Green egg with charcoal a couple of times, but would like an oven for indoors.
Ooni has just come out with one, waiting to see the reviews.
Ford learned me years ago, “don’t buy first year models”.

I got chefman. Ooni. Volt is the best indoor now. But 1000 bucks. Chefman does great for 350. Ooni gets up to 900 925. Chefman 825 after 30min heat time.

Seems like pizza ovens are getting more popular, should get cheaper? The Gozney looks sweet but can’t chin $$$ that bar.
I’ll give your dough recipe a try.
Cool . I proof for 5hrs in vege room (84 degrees) then refridgerate for 24 more hours. Or straight in fridge for 2 days. Remember to let sit at room temp after fridge before shaping at least 3 hours
