I dont do super spicy. Flavour is one thing, pain is another.
Eating should be a pleasure, not uncomfortable.

I like some spice, and at times I push that just to see how far I can go, but there's side good benefits from a mouth melt if you're sick. Opens those air ways right up.

Yup , never a Coney though. Google search images look like the Cheese coney minus the cheese.

Well if you come visit I'm gonna take you to get one :)

I dont like the burns your lips immedietely before youve even started to chew novelty super spicy but I LOVE the slowly builds on you until your eyeballs are sweating and you think you may be having an out of body experience super spicey.

I'll drift a little of this over my eggs usually.
Scalp is sweating a tad at the end of the meal...?

I make a killer dinner. Chicken thighs, instapot, (bone in or boneless/skinless), sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, butter, veg oil, minced garlic, salt pepper, chicken stock. The sweet chili sauce will sneak up in ya. 1st Sautee the garlic and some butter/veg oil, then dump all the ingredients in. Cover, close vent valve, set timer for 40 mins.
Done! Simple easy meal.

Your daughter may like it. Kinda a sweet heat.

What's funny is all my recipes are in loose-leaf paper in a book. Kind of organized chaos.
Lol

I actually make almost the exact same recipe but theres no chicken stock involved and I marinade/bake the chicken! Im gonna have to try your version. Sounds like it would be awesome on top of some jasmine rice!

She will eat that still but its like her heat tolerance is declining as she gets older, which is weird. Her younger brother eata spicier food than she does, much to his amusement

I forgot to add
Save all the bacon grease for future use. It's a better addition vs butter or oil. I store mine in a Mason jar in the fridge. Use a coffee filter to strain the bacon bits out before storage. This step works better with warm oil, vs cooled off.
I learned this from my mom when we were camping. Us kids would go catch fish and she’d fry it up using the saved bacon grease. Good ol mason jar. It would attract bears like crazy lol
My mate the Tuna Farm Cowboy Wrangler ( bullshit name given when they filmed the series ) bought me around some freshly caught Southern Blue fin Tuna .
Now for me the only way to truly honour it is Sashimi style with Wasabi and Soy Sauce . View attachment 160118 View attachment 160119 View attachment 160120 View attachment 160121
I just saw Mark Weins have this. He was at a shack straight off the coast of Japan. Looks delicious

Had to search for a Culver's near me, thanks guys lol. Got one about an hour away in 2 different states ??, be trying soon.
You can get to two different states within an hour?? Wtf my Cali ass

Pork gyro from a local place that does them kebab style, with the fries on the wrap and this sauce they call Fat Sauce in addition to the tzatziki... View attachment 160654

I know, i know @spyralout I just said I was cutting back on take out less than 48 hours ago but this was calling to me all day. I virtually woke up thinking about this gyro.
There is no way you can say no to gyro. I think about em on a weekly if not daily basis. So damn good

When I was snowboarding at kirkwood resort I had 1 foot in Nevada and 1 foot in California. It was EPIC! I have a pic, but it's on my portable hard-drive buried somewhere.

And gyros again for dinner tonight!
