Decided to grab a qb18 and lpc-35-1400 to add to the tent. Hopefully everything comes in before these get too out of hand so I can get everything all set so I don't have to move anything after flipping to flower.

I figure it should run fine on 2" 1/8" alu flat stock. I have the same wattage per bar on the veg light on 1/16" L channel and it just gets slightly warm, plus the qb18's are wider with less diodes so it should be fine.

Got the res all set up, ended up taping the shit out of the pump hose with some aluminum tape until I figure out a better solution (although nothing is more permanent than a temporary fix that works lol).

Also got some Jack's nutrients in the mail today, plants look like they will be ready for a water tomorrow, so I'll get them switched over and hopefully into flower in a week.

@Badmofo529 did you get the Jacks off of ebay and did they send mixing instructions? Don't forget if using silica that goes in first. I have been using volume instead of weight just easier for the way i mix ( gallon jugs).

Yup off of eBay for now, I'll try to track the big bags down at some point, this should last a while though. Yup they sent the instructions, but it's for 80% (3-2-1), I will start with that and see how they do but I plan on going full strength in flower, and probably end up bumping up the epsom a touch depending on how they respond. No silica for now, but thanks for the heads up, I might grab a bottle of armor-si at the hydro shop when I restock on promix.

I started in late veg and i started with full strength Jacks 321 and never had a issue. Actually i have just been cutting the full strength in half for early veg and i have yet to burn any tips. I have around 10 days or so left in flower and i am just now going to tap from full strength. Never added anything other than Recharge. The full strength brings my tap to 6.3 so i have not had to use any down unless using silica.

Gave them there first feed of the Jack's and super cropped the deputy a bit. The Jack's mixes up nice and easy, no precipitates stuck to the walls of the jug like the mega crop. I had to use a fair bit of pH up though. I'll have to track down a more concentrated version than the general hydro stuff so I don't have to add so much.

The fucked up leaves are from a potassium lockout when I forgot to pH up a week or so ago and fed them at 5.9, all the new growth coming in looks good.

Hopefully I'm not gonna have an issue
with this deputy taking over the tent trying to push one more week of veg lol. I'll get the lowers cleaned up, cut clones and do a defoliation in a few days.

Also I don't know if I mentioned it earlier, but this run is going to be the deputy (front right) black banana cookies s1 (back right) grease's pieces #1(front left) and bridezilla (back left)

The hibernate and gmoozy both got tossed. They were both big yielders, but I'm not a huge fan of the terps on the gmoozy and I couldn't really get it dialed in. I really liked the hibernate, but I'm getting sick of waiting like two weeks for a single plant to ripen up before I can clean and transfer.

Forgot I had a bottle of olympus up sitting around, I'll use that next feed and see if I need to add as much. The extra calcium carbonate is probably more beneficial than the potassium carbonate anyway.

I like that idea @spyralout . Kinda like killing two birds with one stone. Add first the amount of silica it would take to get the numbers to work plus get the benefit of the silica in the deal.
I haven't used pH up since silica. And I'm not getting celery snaps as much any more. I've heard of it being a good foliar spray. I wonder what would happen if I dump some in the fogger? It's super low PPM as it is, just don't want it to mess up the ceramic discs on the unit.

Not sure on the foiliar spray. I have started using it on a regular basis for the aid in nutrient uptake mostly the ever present cal mag issues. I have needed neither since starting with the regular use of silica and Jacks line up. I have some of those ceramic discs i am going to mail you. They are the same as you currently have. I set up a humidifier last year a bit more ghetto than your set up and decided to stop using it. If i could have figured an easy way to run a filter on it i might have kept using it. I have a couple of store bought units that i can buy filters for ( Just more convenient).
