I know u arent too stoked about all the seeds but the plants look frosty still. For me some genetics dial back on smells or resin production after getting pollinated heavy. So i like to esp keep around the plants that keep it all going, make seeds, and dont miss a beat.

After a week or so of drying i will start to squeeze seeds out. I feel like a caveman sometimes bc it can be alittle rough on buds.
But that gets me some finger hash and i will press the other material, sometimes at a friends who has an actual press instead of caveman hair straightener stomping 😅
This forum makes me want to try going the dry sift route, dry ice route or invest in a press somehow!

I guess i am saying it isnt a total loss if the plant still got some mojo. And i understand its a bummer to not try unseeded top nugs.

I have a super old coworker that loves seeded bud. Doesnt mind at all. He cant see too good so imagine all his joints are popping!

I've smoked my share of seedy weed. Back in the day nearly all weed was seedy.

Thanks for the thoughts, appreciate ya keeping it positive. Yeah, I'll probably get what seeds I want and wash the rest for bubble hash. Its nearly hash making season, all my weed from the previous summer that's left over, plus all the trim and larf from the current crop will get turned into hash.

Spot 5 that is seeded still isn’t ripe yet even though the plants look done.


I wonder how many seed these buds will have, they were pollinated really late. Above is the Wiz plant. The watermelon haze seed were starting to harden up so hopefully won’t be too much longer. Everything turning purple from the cold. Couldn’t find any rot.

Damn these recent plants are chocked full of parsnip seeds and chaff, as if trimming isn't tedious enough. Now I've got to pick all these parsnips out of my bud. So, so, so glad I don't have to grow this way ever again.

Cosmic Wisdom/Bad Dawg freebie, turned out really nice, dense hard nice smelling nugs all over this one.

Pizza-N-Beers last plant standing, going to try and get another week out of it, coming along though. Sweetest smelling plant of them all. Funny cause in veg it smelled like skunk spray.

A few days ago I got into my dirt tote and found this.



Mixed some old soil in here from Gorilla Mittens pollination. One or more of those plants must’ve dropped some seeds. I pulled them out and put them into cups. I know half the genetics is Gorilla mittens, could be one of many on the mothers side. Gorilla mittens, Gorilla waves, Mango Dripz, Big Bud, Diamond Earrings or my homegrown.

Have no idea how long they were sprouted in that dark tote. One had that clearish membrane stuck to it. Damaged it trying to get it off but it’s coming around. The two that are unmarked at the Gorilla Mittens crosses.

Had to replant the Gbxmmm x MOAC, apparently they didn’t like that recycled soil. I thought it would be alright, slurry test showed 5.6 ph and 1.3 ec. Must be too hot for seedlings. They’re all up now. The two that aren’t marked are the Gorilla Mitten crosses. The bigger one is the only survivor from the first planting, 3 sprouted, two just fell over. The rest tried to root but the root just rotted. A little airy vermiculite did the trick.

Yeah, I love it, didn't last long, may have one spliff left. I figured it was meant to be when I open that lid and saw what looked to be little pot plants. Figured they can only be from the GM pollination. I popped 5 GM seed and got 4 females. All but one got pollen from the only male. I figured the male was a gg4 leaner however. You could definitely tell the PM leaners. Thanks for stopping by. The Gorilla Mittens and the Lemon Dosidope from BBB have been my most requested recently. Strong smell, strong flavor, strong high both of them.

Last outdoor plant, Pizza-n-Beers, came down last night (10-28). One small spot of rot on one lower, other than the looks good and smells amazing, had the skunky funky GMO smell coming back. Still has the sweetness also from the Stella Blue. Going to be good smoke I think. Temp was 43f when I woke up this morning, now down to 37f. Supposed to get some snow overnight then a mix tomorrow. Working on getting my cactus' inside for the winter. Here’s a couple snaps.

Power went out for about an hour. Had to reset my light timers. All l have going is some seedlings, so it shouldn't bother them, I hope. It's usually really reliable, hardly ever lose power, hope it doesn't become a common occurrence.

A lower of Watermelon Haze. Seedy as f with lots of duds, could’ve gone longer but was getting heavy frost and even had a couple inches of snow a few days after I pulled it. Few of the tips were starting to turn brown. The PnB male came on so late, a lot of the females were a month or less from finish. Then I left it for a week before I pulled it. After firing up the jay it’s going to the hash bin after I get some seeds. Can’t be bothered with trying to smoke it like this.

Took a break from trimming to press on my little hash ball with my hot bottle. 4g out of 2 live plants. They were small plants, from experience I’d say they’d have dried to about 4 oz maybe a bit more but not much. And it’s kinds leafy bud, not that enjoyable for me. So this is good.


After hitting this stuff with a hot poker that pile of weed is looking daunting at 10:30.

Approaching 3 weeks from sprout, except for top left it’s going on 4 weeks. Soil probably a little hot but they’re pushing through.

In the 3x3 I have 4 Mai Tai Pie x MOAC and 5 (GB x MMM) x MOAC. The latter I know is quality smoke and the Mai Tai Pie already has a funk when rustled up a bit. Hopefully they blow up and I can flip in two weeks. Have a 2x4 tent open for the GM when they get a bit bigger. Going to have to wait on Cheetos. I think I’m pretty much out of space.
