Now that I have all of my bark chunks saturated with bunny droppings I decided this product may provide a Catalyst for further action.
Short on volume. I need to either fluff up my finished supply, or start cutting spent pails into the mix.

This will put me within 30 gallons short.

Staring down the perlite,,and I just could not do it. I don't trust the looks of the stuff. I know I need it for its aerating, non absorbent qualities, but I just can't stand the look of it. Looks like I'll be crushing more brick.

School starts back up Monday. I still have a few buckets to pack up, then I can start with the dusty work.

I think the crushed brick is working for you. Perlite is good but I've had it go green after the soil is re-used a few times ?, so I make new soil each run now. Luckily I get 100l for $30?

I keep waiting for the tent fairy to come clean this up.

That lazy sloor. Looks like I may have to do this myself.

Not like evey force of nature is working against me, or anything like that.

I sieved through about 10 pails yesterday, when I had a minute.
Of course the snow shows up, overnight.

Kind of ironic that the only soft water that I ever see , is delivered in a solid form.

Nothing easy is worth having, gotta keep that mantra fresh.

Little bit of snow never stopped this guy.

More wood than I expected , was found in the sea soil.

That cheeky Rocco showed up again 20210223_110243.jpg
Turned everything over.
Filled that Trench

Figuring on about 25 cubic feet, including a rubble bed.
Make sense being outside, damn near a yard there.

NOW reveg ?
That kinda implies flower. I musta done her wrong somewhere.
Anywho, Rebel cups are slow to dry out,,, too far from the light.

Soooo, realistically, I have out grown my fixture
I can't pack them any tighter
The floor will be gone next week, hopefully
My flower room has nothing younger than 9 weeks, on the day
Almost time for a move. This Nursery will be shut down for some time.

,,, Schwaggy says I can mature seeds on a vegging plant,,,
Almost without exception, I have brush pollinated only the bottom branches.
What is the worst thing that could happen if I harvested my crop, leaving the bottom branches to finish out their seed maturation under 24/7 light ?
Regardless of the date on the calendar, I am willing to wait until I can top my new plants at least once, before I put them into 12 12 flower.
Within the next week or two, I will have a fresh crop vegging on the one side of the igloo, and crusty seed branches dying out under 24 7 light.

What do ya figure SS ? On those branches I am only after the seed. Doesn't matter what the plant is doing, the clock should be ticking.
Completely pregnant ?
I've done seed pollination in veg using the preflowers. It's a bad ass trick to make seed and not contaminate the flower room. Just doesn't yield alot unless it's a big ass plant. Lol

What is this not contaminating the flower room of which you speak ??????

Seeds....i think i need to write a song about it.

I would cry but....it helps me hone in on gummies of reckoning...That is what I am all about. I want to see how much power i can put in a single candy with just infused coco oil.

The orange ones...eh Jewel. What a beauty gummy.

I think they were pushing 80mg each. If life gives you lemons make edibles.

What is this
One of Schwaggy write ups.

Reader's Digest version,,,
a pistol is a pistol
Is a pistol
it is a ripe female~ that will accept pollination.

Making a seed involves strickly intercourse with the opposite sex. It is completely un-dependent on photoperiod.

I like doing it with the lights on anyway. ?

I was making really good progress last night when I hit a snag. I identified some unsafe conditions and we had an OH&S shut down.

Mouse tracks.

When we think of animal tracks it usually relates to the imprints they leave in the ground. How lowly we must consider Mice, to adress their turds as to be 'tracks'

Hantavirus.
Every year, one of my fellow Prairie dwellers dies of this disease. Anytime I am working in dust, with mouse tracks in it I, have to start with careful decontamination.
It is an airborne disease and it can kill you in a few days.
I started with a litre of 25% bleach solution and I started misting it from the top down. I left it to chill overnight. When I went in this morning I misted it it down again , so as I could sweep it- wet.
I don't want to die of growing weed.
I want my Darwin Award to embody something with internal combustion.
I don't want a mouse turd on my tombstone.
A little bit of dust control precautions is all it takes to keep me safe.

This is a never-before available view, from the back corner.

Bleached, swept, vacuumed and ready for Jewels to WTF.

It doesn't look like much , but it is my pride and joy.
My place of peace.

Shit is about to get really weird in here

Good to hear you're on it and taking precautions.

Years back we were supposed to assemble a large industrial furnace, after the various insulated walls had been laying in a field all summer. Once we found the insulation to be full of mouse nests and shit, we shut things down.
While they did undertake a decontamination program and strip out the insulation, the company tried to downplay the risk and brought in an "expert" to educate us on hantavirus and also to downplay the chance of anyone getting it. He estimated our chances were IIRC, one in a million. The expert was quickly made to look a fool as 3 of the 15 of us in the room personally knew someone who had either died(2), or been seriously ill(1) due to hantavirus.

Personally, I never knew anything about it up until then, but again, if my memory serves, the first known fatality was a long distance runner. We were told in the little seminar that it was your own body's defenses trying to fight the virus in your lungs that actually killed you, esentially drowning you in your own lungs. The stronger your immune response, the faster you would die. Scary fucking stuff.

I am doing my absolute level best to kill your plants.

Twice now in the last couple of weeks I have dried them out enough to have the growth tip Shepherd hook itself down towards the floor and touch the main stock. I have had the leaves hanging flat-straight-down. They need water every 48 hours and they are getting it twice a week.
Anybody that comes out of this unscathed will be granted the seal of robustness.

If they ain't Alberta tough, they shall fall, as they should.
;)
I'm actually looking forward to seeing how they do with the inadvertent stress testing. That's pretty important information you are providing. Gracias.

Thanks for the update and good luck with your various projects. I'm still in a weird limbo not knowing when I'll be finding a new place, so I've still only tried the one fem of yours and she's looking great. Going to be keeping an eye on some of the journals on here with others growing your stuff, and looking forward to giving your gear a proper run when I'm stable again.
