Starting to discover some maleness around here.

This has been in the cold for a bit.
It presents very typically of what is going on around here. Pale, locked out and hungry. Over-vegged , in a small container. They are always somewhere between drowning and dry.
The light change will help reveal sex and then I can bury confirmed females in the bed.

The plain water and the neglect really took their toll in here. For better or worse, I just started 0 day, in the dark.
Seems I have bit off more than I can chew.
I was a full-time Homemaker when I planted these seeds. Now I am working at least a hundred hours a week,,, no time.
This is just too much. I am losing motivation. Flipping them was a commitment; hopefully once I get them plotted in, they will draw my focus.
I have never flipped such a yellowed , straggled-out crop before. This should be interesting,,,,

I eventually got my act together with a bit of Humic , Fluvic , and a touch of N. It seemed important that they had a bit of momentum, going into flower.

Things were looking more perk this morn, after a bit of false Sun.



Aiming to have the lights on from 11 p.m. until 11 a.m. this gives me the most convenient wiggle room.
Always a moving target.
Hoping to see higher over-dark temps, later, at lights-on.

Perhaps I fool myself, although the most funk seems to come from the widest leaves. The F2xCrockett were both selected as the two fattest I could find. I ran their F1's last round and was very impressed. I ran them again and they are stanking so nice right now. No citrus to it.
The F2 pollen that I just checked on seems free and loosey goosey.
Seems only right to BX that widebottomgirl.

I just realized that I am due for a case of athletes foot.
These big mothers are in non-draining 2L.
They are box right in there and constantly shifting gears.
To completely change metaphors- if I destroy the viscosity I am going to start going through tranny's !!!
They can go from over, to under, to overwatered again~ in the same day.
Adding the higher radiation , convection, and ambient temp. intensities has these ladies looking somewhat,,,oppressed ?

Ideally these ladies look freshassfek after 12 hours of light.
These ones look like cockeyed drunks.

This is an F2x Crockett Sour Tangie male . The smell is disgusting. Orange has left the building.
He is really breaking my heart because I don't want males. I am just getting this sinking feeling trying to let this boy go. If I cull it I am a chucker. If I do what needs to be done only then can I truly be phenohunting.
Realistically, I can't bitch about "no chicken dinner", if I'm not ready to roll up my sleeves.

Back in the day my wife picked up some dispensary offering that was labelled watermelon. Sure as Shinola it smelled like the melon.

Re the Sweet Skunk, here's the original breeder's description. The seeds you have are ones I made from this line:

I acquired an Island Sweet Skunk clone in the 1990’s.
I purchased British Columbia Seed Company’s True Skunk in 2002 and bred that in.
I consider this strain a sativa. It is my long-time personal favourite.
I’ve kept this line quite varied as I hate to loose any qualities until i’ve fully explored them.

9-11 week flowering period
