41F 7am when I got up
Walked the yard and greenhouses and everyone looks good, even the tomatoes
and they hate the cold like I do.
While I'd really like to take this lady down
Magnum Flames auto 112 days old.
She has a bit of PM like her siblings and I need to find something that's safe and works. She'll get sprayed again this weekend with Growers Ally fungicide then cut a cola on Monday to dry. I've got to spray my Sweet Peas again with all the wet weather this past week and might as well lightly spray all the plants as a preventative.
She looks so healthy even with the PM, which I can't find any to take a pic of, and I may just let her go until she starts to fade naturally. I've had her on tap water, 7.0pH, 300ppm so she's been getting some calcium and minerals for the past 5 days after flushing with bottled water for 2 days.
It's been so cold she's throwing a little purple into the mix?
Her brother
a non-auto is a stud. I wish I had Chemgopher (Brutis OG male x Chemdawg female) growing to cross with him. I grew it winter 2019-2020 and it produced beautiful purple buds. I will be saving pollen.
He's throwing some color
Brown's a color? but ya never know with the cold breaking down chlorophyll and allowing the anthocyanins to become dominant which gives weed a purple hue just how colorful they can become.
Looks like it's going to be a beautiful day. Sun is out and it's finally warming. I have my morning coffee and jay on the patio and today, burrr. It usually warms here by New Year's. You've all seen the Rose Parade with 80F, sunny skys and nighttime lows in the 60's. I've lived here 63 years and we've had mid February weather the past week and forecast calls for the same next week. For joy.
Their sister Funky Runts deformed spawn from self pollination.
Ya don't see those everyday. The rest need to get hooked up to the system. I've been hand fertigating with quarter strength nutes, they're ready.
So I've got a few things to play with in the garden today but no rush
Still got coffee and that was my second jay of Chemgopher. I'm pretty toasted right now?
