Yeah I feel you; I cringe at how many Cheeses and Chems that have likely disappeared because no one saved any. Honestly it's the current reason I don't have a Susie Cream Cheese running right now; by my calculations, there's only one pack left and I need a permanent setup lol. Same reason I haven't popped the Cheeselicious fem seed I have; I'll cry losing that lol (Exodus Cheese X OG Kush).... I loved OG Kush every time I had some and Exodus Cheese... whew! Lol.

if I haven't popped it by the time you need it I'll send you some ;). Maybe Amos will do another run of em?

past the above info, which is again copy and pasted, i'm not making any claims about cheese origins whatsoever. more or less curious as always, seeing how sensitive a topic it is at other forums.
I can tell you that without my nagging, no one cares but me lol. But yeah bro I've got no real idea how it happened because apparently Doctor Who never checks email, or didn't feel like taking me to England when I was a kid lol. Personally I can go as far as believing it's a Skunk pheno, which I'm basing on bud structure and not much else. I hadn't heard the white buds part before but you're welcome to add that to my Cheese thread, as I'd prefer it to be open to anyone who cares like I do. Regardless of what happened, I'm very happy it did lol. That may be an understatement....

I do remind him "from time to time" lol.
ECSD out for a breather. i've smoked a single bowl to see where i was cure wise, outside of that just enjoying the ridiculous pungency when i burp her. the lingering stink from just opening her up is enough for now.

i smoked plenty of the smelly socks weed lol, with respect to the sour and chem lines, def one of the stinkiest varieties out there. cherry pie is on that list as well. anyway... until the goo and these OG S1's get out of the boring phase, we can go cheese here... pasted from another place i won't mention here, with respect to red, staff, and forum rules.

Credit were credits due folks. Sensi Seeds are the breeders of this cultigen.
It's not like the LGA are going to start accrediting 'Cheese' to some twat at a clone club... Now is it"

As far as I know UK CHEESE was selected from Skunk#1 seeds I made. They were bought from Neville, taken to the UK and CHEESE was a clone selected from the grow.
No one bred a CHEESE, it was selected from a Skunk #1 grow.
I got this from the guy who bought the seeds, took them to the UK, named it CHEESE, and the rest is history.
Also I can guarantee CHEESE is a pure Skunk #1, the first time I smelled the UK CHEESE clone I said it was pure Skunk #1, I met the grower later and he confirmed it to me.

The History of The Cheese by Big Buddha

The Cheese is a very unique plant, until now, available as clone form only, Originating, and still growing around the U.K and now, Holland, this 15 year old variety has been the leading dominant strain in the history of the underground British Indoor cannabis scene. I obtained this specimen three years ago, the person who gave this to me is a much respected person within the industry named Zorro, but I also did some more research and found out and spoke to some of the founders of the cheese and they told me about all about the cheese.

Background.

At around 88/89 these guys planted some skunk no1 and put the females outside, not knowing too much at the time they cloned off one particularly special plant which was named after by another mate cheese due to its all pervading stink.
Then around 90 the guys started to go to the free parties put on by the Exodus collective based in Luton, meeting up with other growers and was soon sharing stories as well as knowledge, this was how we teamed up to grow the cheese at HAZ manor, the collectives housing co-op in Luton, Exodus were taking a lead role in fighting prohibition at that time and the manor was a persecution free zone, the manor inspired loads of people to start growing and cheese cuttings were flying out of the door for a few years.!

Unique.
The Cheese is the number one strain in the U.K. its distinctive, Old School taste is unique to the cannabis world , when you smell the Cheese you will be drawn in by an array of fruity, musky, hash /skunk undertones people who tasted the Cheese will always remember the smell, Very odorous
Grown indoors and outdoors this plant can finish in very respectable times, outdoors, expect a finish at the end of October/ start of Nov if planting outdoors please be wise with the planting spot because later on there will be a smell of terrific pot later on that season
Indoors, the cheese will finish between 7 to 9 weeks (although I have some cash croppers who grow hydroponically and will cut down every 6 weeks!). My preference, in Bio, Soil, the plant will be lovely and ripe within 50 up to 65days depending on personal preference, as long as the conditions are good. I must also recommend using charcoal filters on extraction fans especially in urban/ built up areas, thats my smell warning! Dont say we did not warn you!!

I'm not gonna lie.... I'd likely buy an empty jar from the original plant lol. I kid you not; even with a shitty grower / practices of said grower, I've not ever had bad Cheese.... I won't do much for a Klondike Bar but I'd drop kick a toddler to sniff fingers of a stem rub... lol.

Oh man.... how's she smell??

at this stage the sweet n sour sauce smell is gone, just super pungent skunk fuel that burns the hairs inside my nose. hard to put that into a smell, because to me it literally smells like sour diesel lol, but id say this was a good run qual wise. not a high yielding cut, but the ecsd seems to be more of a 50/50 I/S, and my results are always more like old school headband, maybe sour og. i can't complain, like going back to high school and getting actually excited to smoke:carlton:

The Golden Goat is even louder than ECSD. It has Durban terps and more sativa than ECSD.
Also picked up Ohio Death Star thats really old school skunk terps.
Some of the customers I sell flower to are saying the Golden Goat is their favorite strain.

nice, the ex-wife... i mean partner always ranted about goat. i've never actually had any myself.

the area im in, my flower custies havent smelt sour d in years, and some never have. my one cookie-fam addict bud was kinda freaked out by the smell (thiol/sulphur funk got to him). once the effects took hold, his complaints turned into... 4 hours of ADHD giggle fits lol

thank you again bud for sharing the cut, think i remember re-ordering that sucker twice from you:yinyang:

golden goat and a sensi star cross?

hard work or luck?

not speaking for anyone. but shoreline has a rack of great cuts and genetics. many on this site are running his gear, including the owner I believe, and obviously i have and do run his ECSD. my clone buddy has held the sour for years, and fishscale is an excellent cross. highly doubt luck was a key factor, i've seen zero herm, zero health issue, nada. nothing but prime dank.

What do mean, what's the question?
sorry, old fart here. coming from the days of dubious legality, and browsing high times for vendors that advertise there, I tend to forget that premium genetics and clones are easier to come by these days. gone are the days of isolation, ignorance, and gambling your freedom on ordering seeds. instead of hunting 5 packs of dp twilight or nirvana ice or aurora indica, and still coming up with resinless larfy hemp, or getting two amazing black domina in a pack, and doing them every way you can just to eliminate one, just dial-a-clone. foaf does the order clones thing, in a way it baffles me that he hasn't started a mother, but in other ways, i envy that he plays with all top shelf genetics, pre-phenohunted teens ready to flower. all gas no brakes, perpetual. he just took down a Detroit runtz that reeks of mothballs, and a gorilla butter that smells so cakey and sweet muskish.

my keeper sensi star was highly memorable, and GG had been on some type of weed bucket list for me for a hot minute. those were cool to me, and stood out. sounds fun, i envy you.
