I have a half dozen chucks I did with some reversed BOO pollen useful gave me. Would love to get some of those to you if you are interested. Pre98 bubba x BOO, Helena x BOO (got a couple of those going off, they look promising!) and a couple others, I"ll have to go take a peek. Just putting the offer out there.

I was proud to get sunflowers to bloom this early, these 2 are tied together with a stake, I was fighting them during the storm, heavy wet branches & super high winds are a recipe for disaster, The banana behind it sure got shredded from the winds.

That said none of the cannabis is even staked & are standing straight.

I have the indoor plants out in the sun for maintenance today.

I harvested one of the Star Pupils this morning, here is the other, it is very close. She is giving off some super strong smells. Frosty.

The Star Pupils are very cool looking ! The outside one looks unreal there is so much purple in the flowers.

I know, right? That outdoor Star Pupil almost looks Photoshopped, I have had plenty of purple flowers over the years but never that shade of blue violet of the outdoor.

I grew it outdoor last summer too, big beautiful purple flowers but not that color of purple.

Star Pupil was a pleasant surprise, as a worked line most are pretty similar. Strong animal lair/skunkish smell, every one of them has had purple flowers. To me I require fragrance to make my lineup for personal smoke & these had it. Last year's outdoor was a great yield too, these not so much but I flipped early. Rosin is so dark purple it looks burnt.

I liked it enough to want to run it again for sure.

Sounds great! I had the dark purple rosin you speak of a while back with green points Jelly Pie. Although i think it is the plant material that turns it purple i believe. Mine even tasted like grape jelly.

@Baja.Beaches those outdoor colors are absolutely unreal. The contrast between the purple and green, the fades, all weathered through the long storms and back. True testament to the heartiness of the plant and your skills with our craft.


Those fans must be at least a foot long. Very mango-ripening-esque tones, beautiful. Humongous solar panels to catch all the sun's goodness.

Wow! It's like the neon dial got turned up on the plant lol. Absolutely stunning. Very unique, and it's praying quite aggressively.

I don't know how the outdoor Star Pupil would do in the POTM but i would vote for it. Just a stunning looking plant and defiantly different than most.

Thanks for the kind words. The outdoor winter grow has gotten to be a lot of fun. Also a great time to make seeds, just need to keep them alive.

As I said most years I am at least a month earlier on the winter grow. A couple pics I liked from last year’s winter grow, dated March 1.

simply GORGEOUS. The uniformity, especially in the first pic, is absolutely mesmerizing. It's like you fold a paper, draw on both sides, and unfold. Natural symmetry at its finest.

Jabba Cure CBD trim on the left, Skunky VA/GS trim on the right. Should be fun. I will cure it in natural cellophane inside of glass jars at 62% for a few months.

Really looking forward to these.
