Indeed I was.
Love it when things work like they are supposed to...now I am done until tomorrow afternoon when we should have another 20 inches or so.
Now to try and drive this dang road....4 inches of what looks like frozen slush that will turn into grease as soon as it warms up a little.

Here is a picture of the Kitty I just laid to rest...she was a rescue......23 lb green eyed monster.

I am not really a cat person but this one filled my heart with joy....she will be missed by the entire family especially the grandchildren....they had not seen her in several months so it hit them pretty hard.

He's going to love swimming even more than the snow. And you know what those are. My two favorite too because they are the least impact. After that ACL issue, I really have to be careful. Gosh you're making me want to grab another and I've always wanted a red one always. Henry's mom was red.

Yep swimming and hiking here....a little fishing along the way...spring is almost here.
Do it @Frimpong...Henry needs a buddy before he is totally intolerant to a puppy...Molly is pissed at me for bringing Rusty home...things are getting better but dang Rusty is a headstrong little fker.

Sunday
Snow before 10am, then snow showers after 10am. The snow could be heavy at times. Some thunder is also possible. High near 32. Breezy, with a south southwest wind 17 to 24 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 7 to 11 inches possible.
Sunday Night
Snow showers before 10pm, then snow, mainly after 10pm. The snow could be heavy at times. Some thunder is also possible. Low around 28. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 7 inches possible.
Monday
Snow. High near 34. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.

This is the weather of the 60's around here...........lots of snow back then.
When this is all said and done I will be looking at around 6-7 feet here that's about 4 feet too much.

Lets see what I did today.
Last night the snow was a little less than forecast only had 18 inches this morning.
The last 100' from the house to the gate my driveway is roughly 450'long.

Old man winter has kicked my ass.

Why are you doing this to me !!!!! Nothing but fun non-stop, 100% full speed. That's when you know you did a good job that day when you get home and the dogs passed right out. I'm coming off of an injury now so I'm going to start being more active again with Henry. They just deserve it. Really wish I had some land, but we're lucky we got four or five parks close by. God I want a red one so bad. Hopefully soon!!!

I'm coming off of an injury now so I'm going to start being more active again with Henry. They just deserve it. Really wish I had some land, but we're lucky we got four or five parks close by. God I want a red one so bad. Hopefully soon!!!

Not really picking at you...you mentioned wanting to get a red and since you don't have one "Yet" I thought I would share what you are missing. I had forgotten how wide open these little guys were. Yes when the door opens to let him in he heads for his favorite nap spot and puts on a few hours...every time.
Sorry to hear about the injury..ACL? Henry knows you have been laid up so I'm sure he has a little sympathy for you and loads of anticipation for the next trip to the park. Just do it..@Frimpong..I am so glad I did even tho he is a little hard on Molly.........he will learn.I wish we had a dog park so I could socialize this little guy some he is going to be a monster......kinda already is.He is exactly what is needed here....... he already runs off everything he see's.

They love it , any job that they can do really. They are built to go all day . We are lucky to have a few close by but if there are dogs off leash I stay away. Henry will dolphin spear if another dog comes running at us . And I always feel bad. But it's like you ran up on us!? Man you are lucky and can't wait for another.

They will confront any hostile dog that approaches......my 2 will chew the shit out of any dog that wanders on to my property....that's the way I want it here in the hood....they have a reputation to keep going. I feel bad sometimes but the attitude shown is what gets you bit here....and they are very mouthy.
I'm pulling for you to get that red one bro......just do it! You won't regret it unless Henry won't have it.

Henry is much sweeter than he looks and I know deep down he needs a companion. This would be a good time to do it, we have been constantly looking ?

Unfortunately that breeder we went to is like 2 years out or something like that. So we've been looking everywhere to be honest. East Coast hopefully. But we're definitely getting a red male Henry's six now so I didn't want to wait too long

It'll work out in time.......took 4 months here for her to turn the corner and let him be part of the family.......she needed a buddy bad her bestest buddies are both gone now and you can see it on her face. She lays in the sun on their graves.
