Today we gather here to celebrate the life of my SSH and my AK-47.
They had ran a good race, but their time had come.
Flipped on July 21st, 2021 and died today October 10th, 2021, (81 days in flower)
I don't think they should have taken that long, and I feel like that was the growers (my) doing. (nutrition and environment)
SSH although she was underfed, still filled in nicely.
And AK-47 produced the largest buds that I have personally grown.
I am drying in two different methods, with the AK-47 I chose to hang the branches and with the SSH I placed the branches in a collapsible drying rack.
Looking forward to moving on, I think that I will not veg out as long as I have been in the future. I grow lots more than I use and a shorter veg time would mean that I can run through more strains. Thinking of cutting the veg time down to 6 weeks from 8 weeks.
Anyway, on to the pics...

It will be a bit before I have anything else in the flower tent. But that will give me a chance to add some more strips to my DIY LED light.
I have the WW coming up and will drop seeds from @Willie, the Pink Lotus he was so kind to share is up next. After that is some testers from @Frimpong 4 weeks from now. (I swear I will have a perpetual grow if it kills me!!)
On a side note, I snapped a branch off of the WW while adjusting the LST weight, so I just topped the opposite side to make them match.
It will just make her a little more bushy, it's all good.
That's it for now.
Cheers,
WillieP
Nice harvest man!

Wow, two weeks since I have posted.
Not really surprising, just vegging along.
WW starting to fill out, she has been topped twice and I'm LST'ing her.

I've started 3 Pink Lotus seeds, thanks again @Willie, soaked them, then paper towel, then rapid rooter plugs, then small pots.

I did get the last harvest trimmed and and jarred to cure.

Guess that's all for now.
Good Growing All!!

Cheers.

Hey guy and gals,
Wow, it’s been 3 weeks since my last update.
Still just cruising along, Everyone got up-potted last night. The Pink Lotus to 8 inch and the White Widow to a 7 gallon fabric pot. The WW was moved from a 2 gallon fabric pot, but it was one that is designed for transplant. It has a strip of Velcro on the side, worked really well, I was pleased with it.
Everything is happy and healthy so far. I’m feeding at a much higher rate and so far it’s working out well.
I did drop three seeds last night also. Thanks @Frimpong, Chosen Mango here we come.
Happy Growing
Cheers,
WillieP

That widow is a beast! Nice work on her. I'll always have a soft spot for that strain and love seeing it grown out.

It's been 6 days since the move to the flower tent, and no definite signs of male or female on the Pink Lotus. @Willie
Hopefully only a few more days. The plants look good, very healthy!

The Chosen Mango are just cruising along, nice little seedlings so far. No issues at all. @Frimpong

And the White Widow is doing her thing. I thinned out the undergrowth a bit just after this picture was taken.
So far so good. I'm thinking my nutrient strength change will be a benefit.

The boys have always shown much earlier than the girls on those pinks. If you are not seeing any balls yet, that is promising. They look great, btw, finger crossed for some girls for you! :)

So we have one girly-girl for sure.
Moved this Pink Lotus back to the Veg tent.
IMG_9078.JPG IMG_9080D.JPG
BTW, one of the other Pink Lotus plants has an odd mutation, I think that what it would be called.
Instead of having 2 branches on every node, it has 3. It's been that way since the first true leaves came out.
I will post pics of it after it shows sex. @Willie IMG_9075.JPG IMG_9076.JPG IMG_9077.JPG

And these are shots of the three little Chosen Mangos...
Still just cruising along.

Cheers all,

Hey Willie, looking good! I love the serrations on that lady up there!

That mutation you spoke of is referred to as a trifoliate, where it grows/throws 3 nodes vs the normal 2. Aside from having the extra limb per node, and unless there is something else going on, it will grow perfectly normal just like any other plant.

Hey MO
Thank you for the info on the trifoliate, that was a new one on me. Pretty cool actually.
Here is a look up that one's skirt:
IMG_9102.JPG
She does have a little bit of variegation of color on a few leaves also. Although that is not a concern for me.

IMG_9101.JPG
All three of the Pink Lotus have shown sex...
And they are all GIRLS!! @Willie
They are all three back in the Veg tent and I am looking for good homes for two of them, I popped 3 seeds and got 3 girls, I only want one. Now I have to decide which one to keep. (I'm leaning towards the trifoliate, just cause I've never had one.) They are all three really nice-looking plants. I intentionally did no topping or FIMing, or even LSTing, as I wanted to see what the structure was when grown naturally. Opinions welcome on which one I should keep.

These are photos of the White Widow,

I gave the three Chosen Mango's slightly larger shoes today also.
